Where do the contacts for “Neuna finds your customers” come from?
We research business contacts from publicly available sources such as the Austrian company register (Firmenbuch), Herold and company websites, selected by industry and region. We supply addresses of private individuals ourselves as a licensed address publisher (§ 151 Austrian Trade Act), for postal advertising only: name, postal address, gender, title, year of birth, occupation and marketing categories, with no phone numbers and no email addresses. Robinson list matching and GDPR information duties are included.
Does Neuna call the researched contacts directly?
Neuna calls people who have agreed. In Austria, marketing calls require prior consent, for businesses too (§ 174 TKG 2021), and so do marketing emails. That’s why the first contact is a letter with a personal QR code: whoever replies and agrees to a call gets a call from Neuna. Consent is documented per contact.
